The man in this photo appears to be the primary instigator behind attacking the police cars, the attacks which police used to justify their later crackdown on everyone outdoors in Toronto. Any idea who he is?
There is also video of him vandalizing the cars and encouraging others as protesters urge him to stop. (Via Impudent Strumpet.)
This is the guy Toronto Police are after. If you know who he is, or if you saw him over the weekend please come forward and let everyone know who he is.

In my opinion, Chief Blair should resign because I believe he lied to us. I believe he deliberately tainted a large group of ordinary innocent citizens to justify excessive spending from the public purse. I saw that he unlawfully caused the arrest of innocent people whose conduct was far above reproach. I also further believe he, for wrongful purpose deliberately authorized or allowed those black-clad and masked-thugs burn pre-positioned police cars then continue through Toronto, unhindered, breaking windows and doing repeated crime. I have no confidence in Mr. Blair doing his job. Toronto needs to have confidence that its police will apprehend all criminals including criminals whose acts the Chief for any reason supports or exploits to taint or controvert a larger group of citizens. Toronto has learned from the G20 Summit things it does not like about its police services and that can only change under a new command.
Why are those people supporting this creep! I hear female voices screaming "how is this helping our cause? They are not saying STOP! Maybe they are guilty of an offence.

Why did police not arrest this person and others? This is so unacceptable.
Blair must resign.
They're civilians - I think they are trying to reason with him, without provoking him. I can't blame them, it's more than the police did.
"How is this helping our cause ?"is a polite way of staying STOP! without causing a ruckus.There are other videos where you hear people yelling from the street at the vandalism: that's dumb/you're wrecking this for us.
The police were there to protect and serve the public meaning the peace marchers.
They failed to do that duty.
In another video we see a young man tell another wearing a bandana over his face..."you can't walk with us unless you remove the face covering."
